Customers will pick up order in allotted time slot. If they fail to do so and no prior contact is made with Layer, it will be considered a cancellation with no refund.
Customers cannot cancel their order within two days (48hrs) of the specified collection date/time.
Layer Niseko reserves the right to cancel the order at its own discretion. If this occurs the customer is entitled to a full refund.
